Creating tickets in the IT Support Portal

Support Portal  »  Knowledgebase  »  Viewing Article

To be able to create a service request, you need an active account in the IT Support Portal.

If you don't have one yet, you can find information on how to create one in the article: Setting up an account on the IT Support Portal

To log in, select the "Login" link in the upper right corner of our Portal, or in the mobile view on smaller screens, by expanding the menu - also in the upper right corner of the screen - under the icon of three horizontal lines in a square and then selecting the "Login" item.
You will also be able to log in by selecting the "Submit Ticket" button.

Choosing the right department

When creating a ticket, please select the appropriate department:

  • IT Support - if you have a technical problem or service request
  • Sales Department - if you are interested in purchasing goods or services

Filling out the ticket form

Once you have selected a department, you will be presented with a specific ticket form.
In the "Subject" field, enter a brief information about what the ticket is about, and enter a full description of the problem/request in the next "Message" field.

The field marked "CC" is intended to enter additional e-mail addresses if you want the ticket to be sent to these recipients as well. To add an address or several addresses, after entering each subsequent address, select the "Add email_address" prompt to confirm it in the form as shown in the image below:
Once successfully added, it should look like this:
If you want to delete the address you entered, you can do it using the X button at the end of the additionally entered address.

Optional "Password" field

At the end of the form, there is a field to securely pass the password if you need it to process your request.
Do not enter a password for this portal in this field, but only the password needed for Your request and only if it is necessary to provide any password to our technician.
This field is specially encrypted and secured. Therefore, please do not send passwords directly in the body of the ticket message, but only via this field.

Submitting a ticket

Once all the information in the ticket has been filled in, there is a "Submit" button at the very bottom of the form, which will approve the form and send it to our system.
