Users who have an account in the IT Support Portal can reset their password on their own.
It is possible:
In the form, enter your e-mail address, which is also your login to our portal and press the "Reset" button.
If a valid e-mail address is provided, i.e. one to which an account is already set up in our system, a message will be sent with a link that will allow you to set a new password.
